Update Checker

Automatic system to check for new plugin updates!

The plugin periodically checks if there is an update available. There is an opt-out option in the configuration file named check-for-updates .

Update Message

If an available update is detected, a message will be sent to both console and online operators (those who have the spiritchat.updates permission node)
